ICon provides instant access to payrolled, temporary labor force information and independent contractor spend, committed spend and completion dates. This enables managers to have the insight and knowledge to make critical decisions fast.
In the manager and executive reporting, ICon² displays headcount, spend (by manager, cost center, and individual contractor), location, W-2s vs. independent contractors, requisition status, terms, candidates (active and under review), length of assignment, timecard/invoice approval, and contingent workforce composition.
The customizable interface includes notification alerts that allow managers and contractors to know when assignments are near completion. In addition, ICon² provides detailed reports to help ensure compliance with contingent workforce guidelines.
